Ashcombe Nursery Kickoff Event!
When: Saturday April 15th | 11AM - 2PM 
Where: Ashcombe Farm and Greenhouse

We're kicking off the season at the Ashcombe Nursery! Enjoy delicious food from a local food truck favorite, Potato Coop and beer from our longtime partner Big Bottom Brewery! Get help from the experts. We'll have representatives on-site to help you shop for the perfect trees, shrubs, and perennials.

Really (Really) Free Market
When: Sunday April 16th | 10AM - 1PM
Where: Broad Street Market

Mutual Aid - The act of taking care of your neighbor today, because you may need to be taken care of tomorrow. It's an act of solidarity. We are a community.

Bring usable, quality things you would like to give away.

Take things you would like to have.

No money, no barter, no trade, no strings -- just free.

Please drop off your items by 11:30AM. No new items will be accepted after this time. Everything that remains at the end of the event must find another place to go. Please consider staying with your items until they're taken or coming at the end of the event to collect items that remain. Only bring furniture or other large items if you're able to take them at the end of the event, in the case they aren't taken home by someone else.

This event is weather permitting. If the event is cancelled, this event and the Free Market Facebook pages will reflect the cancelation

New Cumberland Earth & Arts Festival
When: Sunday April 16th | 10 AM 
Where: New Cumberland Public Library

Spring Festival, Oops Sale & Egg Hunt
When: Saturday April 15th | 10 AM - 4 PM

Where: Meadowbrooke Gourds, Inc.

 Come spend the day with us at our Spring Festival on April 15th from 10:00am - 4:00pm. Our Annual Egg Hunt Spring Arts and Craft Show, Spring Oops Sale and Paint Your Own Birdhouse Class will also be held during our Spring Festival.

Food Trucks will also be here to help get rid of the hunger pains. Attending will be Upper Frankford Fire Company with their delicious Chicken BBQ, Sweet Patch, Redemption BBQ and Hall's Ice Cream. Make sure to come hungry!

A fun day for groups of family and friends to come together and think Spring!!!

Arts and Craft Vendors will be announced the week of 3/6 so make sure to check back.

Blushes and Blooms

When: Saturday April 15th | 10 AM - 6 PM

Where: The Carlisle Antique Mall

Join us and our special guests for our 3rd annual springtime Blushes & Blooms Spring Open House! Enjoy 40,000 sq. of Antique, Country Primitive, Mid-Century, Boho, and Upcycled furniture! You'll be amazed by thousands of records, clothing, vintage tee shirts, art, and much more! Our multi Award-winning talented vendors are hard a work sourcing and curating fantastic Spring inspired treasures just for you!

Carlisle’s very own Grand Illusion Cidery will be onsite sampling and serving their delicious award winning hard ciders as you stroll through all four floors of beautifully curated treasures.

Terra Bella Planters designer will be offering fresh floral designs to brighten every space. Everything you can imagine to refresh and renew for the season will be on display. Furniture, decor, and vintage clothing at their best…you may even find a discount or two! We can't wait to welcome you back to historic Downtown Carlisle. Mark your calendar for April 15th and prepare for a one of a kind shopping experience sure to brighten your month.

Astronomy Night
When: April 15th | 8 PM 

Where: Kings Gap Environmental Education Center

Join us during International Dark Sky Week to observe our night sky! Discover constellations, planets, stars, and perhaps a few man-made structures in our study of the skies. This program is in partnership with the International Dark-Sky Association.

"Welcome" Porch Boards

When: Saturday April 8th | 11AM - 11PM

Where: 415 Bosler Avenue, Lemoyne

Create a cozy vibe with a custom made porch board to prop against the wall at the front door.

These boards are perfect for welcoming your friends and family to your home, camp cabin or any other place you hang your hat.

Using paint and stencils we will create our boards. You will have access to our stash of transfers to add a little extra special touch.

Boards measure around 46" X 8"
