Cumberland County Weekly Real Estate Market Watch

Hey, what's up? It's Josh with eXp Realty, with your weekly Cumberland County real estate market watch, on the first significant snowfall of the winter.

A couple of things I just wanted to let you know about and maybe ask for a little bit of help. Number one, we have an auction open house this coming weekend, Sunday January 12th, from noon to four.

It's on a beautiful four bed, two and a half bath home in Carlisle Borough in Heatherlands. Great house. Huge, beautiful, great room for entertaining; a nice big lot; two car garage; beautifully updated, remodeled kitchen; lots of square feet footage. Just a great property, and we're auctioning that online.

It's got all of the recently, all of the homes that sold in December in Cumberland County.
